1. UNIQUENESS: We guarantee that all work here is one-of-a-kind. Our Pate' DeVerre and sculpture work is cast, but the coloring, even in cast editions, is different in every cast. We inspect each piece, and a Certificate of Authenticity is available.
2. RETURNS: We want you to be happy with your purchase. To make a return, repack the work in it's unused condition, and return it with a copy of your original invoice, Google Checkout or PayPal receipt. Your purchase price will be refunded upon safe arrival. Returns must be made within 7 days, and shipping costs are your responsibility. E-mail us for the correct return address. [email protected]
3. WEBSITE LIMITATIONS- We make every effort to accurately depict each piece. Every monitor is calibrated differently, so colors may vary. In addition, dichroic glass, a substantial resource in our work, is like the hologram on your credit card. A photograph will capture only one part of the whole effect. Please note that photos are not to scale. Check the detail for each piece to get dimensions.
